Ocean
Sabila offers a reliable sea freight service and nurtures long term relationships with shipping lines and NVOCC’s. Together with Sabila's knowledge and personal customer service we will professionally handle all your sea freight requirements. In 2007, we launched the Internet and e-mail based ‘EAST’ tracking system, enabling clients to track import and export shipments 24/7. The system was developed by Sabila and became a hit with clients because of its user - friendly feel and functionality.
Domestic Trucking
Sabila operates a fleet of long haul and medium range vehicles primarily for the movement of FCL and LCL cargo between Johannesburg and Durban. The primary objective is to handle the landside leg of shipments processed by our forwarding and clearing operations, thereby further enhancing service levels for our clients.
Warehousing & Distribution
The company operates a modern 3000 sq. meter warehouse facility in Johannesburg staffed by a competent logistics team. The warehouse is equipped with the latest technology for cargo handling, security and stock control; we have developed an easy to use warehousing system, which allows clients to view their stock easily. Sabila also operates a warehouse, yard and office facility in Jacobs, Durban. The site strongly enhances our ability to handle in-and outbound ocean shipments as well as trucking operations between Johannesburg and Durban.
Customs Brokerage
We use the most advanced customs clearing software in the industry. All customs entries are submitted electronically and releases are granted electronically within minutes for normal clearances.
