Staff members are mentored internally by competent Sabila personnel in the fields of operations, sales and finance.

In addition, we use external formal training programs such as:

• An eighteen month internationally recognised diploma issued under the auspices of the Transport Education and Training Authority (TETA). (TETA is the Sectoral Education Training Authority (SETA) for our industry.)
  
  
• Locally (SAAFF) and internationally (FIATA) accredited diploma courses offered by the Maritime Education and Training Board (METB).
