Our organisation is lean and flexible, able to make decisions without delay. We respond quickly to rate requests with competitive quotes, backed up by professional engagement and execution. Our shareholders are part of the management team.
The organization has a flat management structure. The management style is hands on
Our policy is NOT !! to outsource core functions, such as fleet management. These functions are vital to maintaining quality and service levels and must remain under our direct control.
